Deeping has the right balance between configurability and ease to use, rarely found in any other desktop.
From time to time it has bugs, but these never stop the desktop from being functional. They are more like minor annoyances, like the web browser icon disappearing from the dock after updates, or the file manager not covering the hole screen when maximized using Kwin.
Upstream fixes bugs fast, and they have good attitude even when dealing with errors outside their own distro.
If it was buggy I won't be using it. I left Ubuntu because of the bugs, and I have been using Manjaro Deepin for two years.
The complains are an overstatement. When people get higher expectancy on something they get extra critical.
I strongly assess that Deepin is the best desktop for the average user.
