Alert sound always is at maximun volume

Hi, I just installed Manjaro today. It's my first time using a derivative of Arch linux like Manjaro.

So when I did a fresh install in my laptop I noticed that the alert sound always is at maximun volume. (the alert sound plays when you click at the shoutdown button in XFCE DE and when you backspace all in terminal and other text bars)

The thing is that the volume of other aplications don't have this problem, I can turn the volume up and down and the sound does what it should. But the alert sound doesn't do that always is at max, is so annoying. What is the problem with this and how can I solve it?

(Sorry if I have spell errors)

I suggest to just blacklist that extremely annoying pcspkr
