Asus FA506IV Screen Tearing

Hi, I Have this laptop Asus TUF A15 144hz Adaptive Sync Ryzen 7 4800H+Nvidia RTX 2060 when ever I connect to HDMI or sleep would flicker (Screen tear) near the the application launcher after disconnecting for HDMI or resuming from sleep do I need specific command to /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-amd-nvidia-prime-offload.conf or do I need disable composite in display setting ?
