blueman dont work when i start bluetooth search or switch the buton on for device

and post some more information so we can see what's really going on. Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies...
P.S. If you enter a bit more details in your profile, we can also see which Desktop Environment you're using, which CPU/GPU you have, ...

But you can check if the bluetooth kernel module is installed:
$ lsmod | grep btusb
should give something like this (most likely, not exacly the same):
btusb 65536 0 btrtl 24576 1 btusb btbcm 16384 1 btusb btintel 28672 1 btusb bluetooth 671744 47 btrtl,btintel,btbcm,bnep,btusb,rfcomm
If it doesn't, then try to load the btusb module:
sudo modprobe btusb
And then try to use bluetooth again.
