Bluetooth mouse paired but can't connect

Hi, I have recently installed Manjaro 64 bits with Gnome 3.32.2.
I have an issue in order to connect my bluetooth mouse.
I can pair the mouse to the laptop but the connection always fails. I tried with gnome-gui and in the terminal with bluetoothctl command.
I have bluez, bluez-utils, bluez-libs, bluez-hid2hic of installed.

sudo dmesg | grep -i bluetooth

I hope that I don't forget informations Thanks for the help.

The Archwiki has extensive detailed info on bluetooth setup and troubleshooting.
I had no real experience on bluetooth, but you might explain what of the Archwiki advice was implemented, what output, what succeeded, what failed etc, for some ideas.
Do you dual-boot with WinOS and use bluetooth on both?

Can you tell us what kernel version you are on?

I am using Linux 4.19.66-1.

@AgentS, I am looking you're link. By following the last list of instructions of your second link I succeed to connect my mouse. However it was super-lagging and I can not connect again after having disconnected.
For the first link, I already try most of the concerned instruction (i.e. not speaker and keyboard stuff) but I'm stock because hcitool and hciconfig are not found. I already try to re-install bluez-util to fix that but it didn't work.

Okay I ask because there was a Bluetooth regression in early linux 5.xx that affected me and I thought it could be that but I don’t believe 4.19 had such issues.
