Booting issues after fresh install

Hello,

I just installed the latest version of Manjaro XFCE and I'm unable to boot without using a live USB stick and going through the commands listed here at part 6.

If I write those commands to the grub command line I'll be able to boot to Manjaro. However when I try to boot without the USB, I just get stuck to the Boot order menu. If I choose to boot from my HDD, nothing happens.

I'm a total noob with linux so please bear with me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Boot up to manjaro. At terminal,

sudo grub-install /dev/sda
sudo update-grub

Thank you for responding. I booted up to Manjaro and wrote sudo grub-install /dev/sda sudo update-grub

Installation was succesful, but when i ran sudo update-grub, the output came as follows:

What should I do now?
