I vote for having the solution checkbox visible without having to click on the three dots "more" link. The UI is very clean, I don't think adding that one icon messes with that.
I'd put the emoji link together with the more items before putting the solution checkbox there.
My two cents.

That's what you think. 
Discourse updates will regularly move things around and e.g. break themes then fix them after a while. It's rolling-release software.
