I just switched to Manjaro from Linux Mint and I am having problems setting up wireless in a Macbook Pro.
In Linux mint, you load the correct driver from the bootable usb.
How is it done in Manjaro?
I am using the Gnome desktop.
Thank you in advance.
Hello and welcome to Manjaro,
First you will run what is mentioned here
and then you will run
sudo pacman -S dkms broadcom-wl-dkms
Reboot and you should have working wireless.
Note: If you have a working LAN connection, make sure you update the system first!
sudo pacman-mirrors -f5 && sudo pacman -Syyu
This will help you understand a few things a bit better
Thank you bogdancovaciu very much for the welcome greeting and for providing the solution!
