Cannot connect to wifi

Hello! I'm new to Linux and I wanted to get into Manjaro(dual boot). I managed to install it but I cannot connect to wifi. It doesn't detect it at all and I've only managed to connect through mobile tethering. I've searched for similar situations and some solutions but I couldn't manage to connect through wifi or even detect a wifi connection
I'm sorry if this question is quite repetitive in the forum.

I've used some information commands from another post like
inxi -Fxz
and here is what is shows: https://imgur.com/FcitlA4

and the other one i used was
hwinfo --netcard --wlan --bluetooth | grep -Ei "model:|driver:|status:|cmd:|file:|detected:" | grep -v "Config Status"
and here is what this shows : https://imgur.com/3X1LNBY

Edit: I also installed a header with this " sudo pacman -S linux414-headers "

First result of the this forum search:

manjaro don't recognize Realtek 8821ce Network

Unless you are using kernel 4.14, those headers will be of little use.

This is the command you want to use to install the headers for all installed kernels:

sudo pacman -S $(pacman -Qsq "^linux" | grep "^linux[0-9]*[-rt]*$" | awk '{print $1"-headers"}' ORS=' ')

Then:

sudo pacman -S base-devel bc dkms git pamac-cli --needed && pamac build rtl8821ce-dkms-git --no-confirm

Reboot.

PS. please do not post terminal outputs as pics. You can use Android USB phone tethering to post properly formatted text outputs.

Please format any terminal output with three ``` backticks before and after, as shown in this picture:
