Cannot detect/connect external monitor on USB-C dock

Problem:
Cannot detect the external monitor plugged on dock.
Both Monitor and Dock are using DisplayPort, and they work well on Windows 10.
I've readed all related posts in this forum, but still not able to solve my problem, or even find a direction.
