Can't get Manjaro to detect wifi card after a fresh install

Hi, I just installed Manjaro on my computer (a HP 15-da0 laptop) and I can't connect (nor even detect) any wifi network and the settings only show cable based connections (e.g. my phone, connected through tethering). Even the popup menu in the system tray doesn't give me any wifi-related options (e.g., the usual button to turn it on/off or another one to turn on/off airplane mode) as you can see in this screenshot :

In the "Hardware Configuration" settings, the wifi card shows up as "Unknown device name", while it is perfectly identified by lspci:
03:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Wireless Network Adapter

What could I do?

I was typing my reply but basically I can quote jonathon on that one:

Do like i did. Tether your phone so you can download the driver from the AUR:

rtl8821ce-dkms-git
