Can't reboot after update, "sh: can't access tty; job control turned off"

After updating my Manjaro Xfce 18.0 install, it fails to boot. It successfully got through GRUB but then will output the following on the next screen:

Warning: /lib/modules/4.20.7-1-MANJARO/modules.devname not found - ignoring
ERROR: resume: hibernation device ʼUUID=6f859245-9500-407f-b6fa-ccba0f218671ʼ not found
ERROR: device ʼUUID=a0d179d5-f179-4b56-b04c-0b708e5510c6ʼ not found. Skipping fsck.
mount: /new_root: can't find UUID=a0d179d5-f179-4b56-b04c-0b708e5510c6.
You are now being dropped into an emergency shell.
sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
[rootfs ]# _

However, no key I press results in any output on the last line.

Here is a photo version of the screen:IMG_20190219_231217

From manjaro live cd, chroot into your main installation using manjaro-chroot, then, check your /etc/mkinitcpio.d/ content (example: linux419.preset).

If you've checked it, do mkinitcpio -p linuxXX, like in the example, mkinitcpio -p linux419
