Can't upgrade my system - emergency mode

I can't upgrade my system. I upgraded via sudo pacman -Syu, give the correct answers acoording to this thread and after reboot, I fell in emergency mode (can't load Kernel modues, can't mount /boot).

I made fresh installs of manjaro gnome, tried to upgrade and every time I try it falls in emergency mode. What is going wrong?

(I`m now in a live usb session)

Thanks @jonathon. I'll follow it in future posts.

I found the solution and will give it here for future readers. All you need to do if you run in the emergency mode after a system upgrade is (hopefully) Restore the GRUB Bootloader as specified in this steps. It worked for me.
