Chromium browser not opening ("error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.64")

chromium browser is not opening in manjaro .When i tried to reinstall same problem occurs .It shows : "/usr/lib/chromium/chromium: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.64: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" error when i try to launch it with terminal .

Have you updated your system prior to installing Chromium?
If not, install all available updates (run sudo pacman -Syu in a terminal window), reboot your system and try again.
