Create a local repo from stable branch

Hello I'm new to Manjaro, I need to create a local repository so I can update several computers that doesn't have Internet. Before using Manjaro, I used Mint 17.03 and I accomplished this with debmirror and a cron job, so far I haven't found a way in Manjaro. Could anyone please help me? I'm only interested on copying the stable branch

I think the best thing would be to use pacman, because you get a database "as a gift".
First I recommend to uncomment the following line /etc/pacman.conf
#XferCommand = /usr/bin/wget --passive-ftp -c -O %o %u
on the machine which has to do the downloading.
