You use Realtime kernel, why?
You try other kernel to fix this problem?

OKAY i'll try LTS one (4.19.56-1). Is that fine?

Yes, or 5.1.16-1

It's not there. There is this 5.1.15-1. is that fine?

Yes, sorry I am on unstable with other kernel

Tried both 4.19.56-1 and 5.1.15-1, but still having the same issue.

Try resetting the Compositor. Turn it off, apply it. Then re-apply it.
Also, try switching between the different openGL setting (2.0 and 3.1), or try xrender.
See if that will slap it into cooperating.

Tried. But still it didn't help.

Install kwin-lowlatency from aur and check.

Installed and restarted but still same.

Okay do this.
Remove or move ~/.config

Create new user

First sorry for this late reply. I was in a vacation.

Okay done that. I created a new user after installing kwin-lowlatency but still nothing changed  .

Btw i have a doubt... i can only see these wobbly window, magic lamp and etc.. effects after unchecking "Exclude desktop effects not supported by the compositor". Is that a problem?
