This is everything showing up. In the Morning, I installed MX Linux to test it out and after a Reboot, everything on the Desktop disappeared. After flashing Manjaro on my USB Stick, the Desktop is not showing up too.
Seems like for some reason all panels are gone, how ever do do have a small icon to the top right corner. Thats the customize button, if you click it you will be able to add panels, widgets etc etc. Have you tried it?
I dont know why all panels has been deleted for you, maybe you accidently deleted a config file or something. But try the icon or you should be able to also just right click on the desktop and from the go for add panel for example.

Have you used the same /home
partition and same user name that you have been using in Manjaro?
You need to check the installed Manjaro /home/user
folder for contents and security meta (dot files, permissions etc).
I am running Manjaro per USB Stick to install it on a Drive. Because of that, I have not installed it yet on a Drive.
Then check sha1sum !!!
The Solution was, unplugging my second Monitor. Sorry that I was that dumb, I didn't knew that it was still plugged in.
Well that explains a lot! haha great you found the "problem"
