Dev-disk-by\x2uuid takes 4s in systemd-analyze

I wanted to make may boot time a little faster, disabled ModemManager.service, also tried to disable lvm2-monitor.service but doesnt' do any good.

I noticed this dev-disk-by... service, read online it's like a swap file error but I dont know how to fix it and what to do with it now. It takes almost 4 seconds boot time.

Here's systemd-analyze blame
