Does Manjaro Linux phone home?

So I was using Windows 10 before switching to Manjaro and I would like to know if the OS "phones home" or sends telemetry data like Windows 10. I personally got fed up with Windows 10 collecting my data behind the scenes.

Is there a privacy policy that states what data the operating system, Manjaro Linux shares and collects?

Phoning home

Hi, Manjaro is phoning home and/or pinging apollo.archlinux.org again. During upgrade to 17.1.10 the URL in /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/20-connectivity.conf was autocompleted. How to turn this >>beep<< 'service' off? Thanks, Mike

With Manjaro (bundgie edition), can any preinstalled applications or Manjaro itself collect any kinds of data of anything? If so am I given the option to disable it?
