Dolphin broken after last system update

The error message is:
Unable to create io-slave. klauncher said: Error loading '/usr/lib/qt/plugins/kf5/kio/'.
I have checked and is there.

Have you rebooted since the update?

No I haven't

The library versions on disk may be different than what is in memory. Try rebooting.

If you are in stable and getting updates in big batches you should pretty much always reboot after updates.
