Dropbox on Raspberry pi 4

Has anyone installed dropbox sync software on a raspberry pi 4?

I have tried the AUR repository, but get an error message: "dropbox is not available for the 'aarch64' architecture".

If the installation involves compilation from the source code, please give explicit instructions, as the last time I compiled any software was in 1990 on a PDP-11 minicomputer.

Try adding "aarch64" to the arch= line in PKGBUILD and see if it will work:

arch=("i686" "x86_64" "aarch64")

And modify this also in PKGBUILD:

package() {
  if [ "$CARCH" = "x86_64" ]; then
  if [ "$CARCH" = "aarch64" ]; then

Thanks Darksky,

Unfortunately, the PKGBUILD has lines for:
source_i686=.... and

I tried to add a source_aarch64=... with the same format, but it didn't work.

In any case they were lines for:
sha256sums_i686=...., etc.

So even if I could find the source, I had no chance with that.

Do you have any suggestions or is it a lost cause?

Sorry I did not see that. No source no compile as far as I can see.

What is dropbox unwind? I saw this. Maybe he has ported over to aarch64 some where in his repo:

I found this:

The libunwind project
The primary goal of this project is to define a portable and efficient C programming interface (API) to determine the call-chain of a program.

If I understood that correctly, it's not really what I'm looking for.

I have set up the cross platform software described at:

It gives me most of the functionality I need via the command line, and it appears that I can set up automatic syncing via cron.
