Dubios effectiveness of TLP options in conf file

Hello, I have a brand new laptop (Lenovo V130-15IKB) on which I have installed Manjaro XFCE 18.0.1. Since this laptop battery is pretty bad I would like to squeeze the maximum battery life out of it, and so I have changed these lines on /etc/default/tlp (everything else it's untouched):

DEVICES_TO_DISABLE_ON_STARTUP="bluetooth wwan"

DEVICES_TO_DISABLE_ON_LAN_CONNECT="wifi"

DEVICES_TO_ENABLE_ON_LAN_DISCONNECT="wifi"

I am not sure about the effectiveness of the first line (systemctl doesn't have any line about bluetooth though), but I do know that the WiFi module doesn't turn itself off when an ethernet cable is plugged in.

What do I need to do to have the correct behaviour?
