What is the output of

systemctl status duplicati

Please, put your output between ``` at the beginning and the end or use the </> button.

Thank you for formatting the output!

Could you please give me:

cat /usr/lib/systemd/system/duplicati.service

How exactly did you enable and start this service?

[sukhendu@moon ~]$ cat /usr/lib/systemd/system/duplicati.service
[Unit]
Description=Duplicati
After=network.target

[Service]
ExecStart=/usr/bin/mono /opt/duplicati-latest/Duplicati.Server.exe --webservice-port=8200
Restart=on-abort
Environment=AUTOUPDATER_Duplicati_SKIP_UPDATE=1
User=duplicati
Group=duplicati

[Install]
WantedBy=default.target[sukhendu@moon ~]$```

Please do:

sudo cp /usr/lib/systemd/system/duplicati.service /etc/systemd/system/duplicati.service

Then edit the /etc/systemd/system/duplicati.service with root rights like so:

sudo nano /etc/systemd/system/duplicati.service

and remove

Save and close, then

sudo systemctl disable --now duplicati.service
sudo systemctl enable --now duplicati.service

It should now work.
