Ethernet randomly disconnects, PC freezes, have to hard reboot

i dont know wht y computer is all i know its a hp with a amd r8 i belive pls help

Start with checking for updates. For example, in a terminal run:

sudo pacman-mirrors -f3
sudo pacman -Syyu
