Failed to boot from hibernation

E: I can't type anything in so keep that in mind.
I tried rebooting and switching kernel to 4.16 and it still display the same error.

I was playing Door Kicker on my Manjaro boot and I wasn't paying attention to the battery level so it shut off. No problem, I thought to myself, I then simply plug it in and reboot it. And the error as showed above appeared.

NOTICE: I am one State away from home and I forgot to bring the Backup Linux stick so I only have Windows 10 to fix the problem. Since I am heading home now, I won't be able to always have access to my laptop, let alone an internet connection.

It looks like it can't find your root filesystem.

Can you see it from the emergency shell with lsblk or similar? I would try to manually mount it and see if what error it gives you. It is possible it needs an fsck after losing power if it is ext4.

I believe I installed ext4 file system(I did manual partition installation).

Was an update done and you did not reboot?
You may need to update grub and maybe kernels, either with chroot, or boot to TTY editing grub menu entry.
Try other kernels and/or fallback entries, if you are lucky..

I did try to update but both hotel and resort internet are terrible so it never got past the downloading part. I did try falling back onto 416 kernel, it's still display the same error.

Try the fallback options, please, any available kernels.
Until you get a Live media (you can create one with Windows), try to boot to TTY and recreate kernels and update grub

If the initrd can't read your root filesystem, I don't think you will be able to get a TTY, update grub or run mkinitcpio.

Have you tried mounting or running fsck on your root filesystem from the [rootfs ]# prompt?

I can't type anything in. I wish I either left my laptop home or brought my backup Linux stick.

It kinda useless to ask but is it possible to fix it from Windows Linux Ubuntu subsystem or Virtualbox?

I turned down the brightness to get rid of the distraction outside of the screen.

Realized I wasn't connected on my livecd, retaking after doing it again. Nvm, same error.
