Glitches after login Screen(xfce 4.14.2)

I installed Manjaro xfce edition on my Laptop.After login I have faced some glitches for a few seconds.

I have seen on forum Many people faced this same problem but I really dont understand which to follow.

I tried Manjaro Kde-Edition (free drivers) I have no problems with that.. Is there any solution for this?
