Global Shortcuts import scheme not working

Hello I have posted a bug to KDE.
Could this be a problem from Manjaro maybe ?
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=403895

Description
I have installed a fresh Manjaro KDE with KDE Plasma Version 5.14.5 version.
When I tried to import my saved Global Shortcuts Scheme, nothing happens.
At the "Standard scheme:" I left the field blank.
Next I have overwritten the files kglobalshortcutsrc and khotkeysrc
in ~/.config , saved from the old OS.
Then the shortcuts appeared (like in the attached photo) but no shortcut key works for them, even if I assign them with different hotkeys.

The only method is to delete the shortcut all together and adding it back again, which defeats the purpose of backing up and restoring them.
Sorry if I missed some other info.

Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5
Qt Version: 5.12.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54.0
Kernel Version: 4.19.16-1-MANJARO
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz
Memory: 7,7 GiB of RAM

After you restore the settings, log out and back in ... the "saved" shortcuts should take effect.

That was the first thing I did after.
Some shortcuts are working and some don't. Non of the custom made , like in the photo above.
So I was thinking that maybe because I moved the location or the shortcuts are in different group in Start Menu. For example like Dropbox shortcut, before it was in Internet group, now it's in Utilities. BUT that theory does not apply to Dolphin.
Only logic is that these custom shortcuts are in different files maybe

AFAIK all those shortcuts are stored in ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc file

Me too, but restoring is not working for some reason

I think the problem was that the backup file scheme was made from a previous version of KDE Plasma
