Gnome shell Bug (pw prompt & applications)

I tried to login into my system just now and the initial password prompt is giving me strange behavior:
When I input my password and hit enter, it seems like everything is fine for half a second, but instead of proceeding, the password prompt window comes up again. This continues, which prevents me from login in. I was able to login by console and get in using startx.
After that, there is another bug though: Under "all applications" many are missing. I can find them by searching them though and the missing ones come up under "frequent". But: The missing ones do not start when I try to open them. (EDIT: some missing ones do start. Some do not.)
These two things started after I downloaded the latest update:

[2020-06-21T09:06:04+0200] [ALPM] upgraded pamac-snap-plugin (9.5.5-1 -> 9.5.6-1)
[2020-06-21T09:06:04+0200] [ALPM] upgraded pamac-gnome-integration (9.5.5-1 -> 9.5.6-1)
[2020-06-21T09:06:04+0200] [ALPM] upgraded pamac-gtk (9.5.5-1 -> 9.5.6-1)
[2020-06-21T09:06:04+0200] [ALPM] upgraded pamac-flatpak-plugin (9.5.5-1 -> 9.5.6-1)
[2020-06-21T09:06:04+0200] [ALPM] upgraded pamac-cli (9.5.5-1 -> 9.5.6-1)
[2020-06-21T09:06:04+0200] [ALPM] upgraded pamac-common (9.5.5-1 -> 9.5.6-1)

The thing is, I rolled back my system via timeshift afterwards and the problems persist on the downgraded version. I upgraded again, still broken.

I do not know if the two Problems are related or if I cant start some applications after using startx.
I hope someone can help me.

I get the following from inxi -Fxzc0

Switch to another tty (ctrl+alt+f2 for example) after this happens and check your logs:

$ journalctl -b -p err

Check available disk space:

$ df -Th
