Help! manjaro crashing every 20-30mins after todays update

After todays update (22 Feb 2019) My server is crashing every 20-30 minutes.
Ive tried changing kernel version with no luck.
How can I find out what is causing the issue?

Overheating?
CPU fan stopped working?

Hrmm looks like its settled out after a few reboots, so I havent managed to capture a log.
I noticed a lot of the node cleanup messages with the filesystem on each of the reboots.
Possibly there was something in there causing a lock up?
