How can I change the keyboard layout only for the current window?

when I change the keyboard layout it affects the system globally . I want the keyboard layout selection only applied on the current window . I am running manjaro linux with deepin DE , and there isn't such option in the system settings. here is inxi -Fxz output of my system :
