How do I have Bluetooth turn on by default on startup?

I am running 4.20.11-1-MANJARO x86_64 with i3wm and would like to have Bluetooth turned on by default. I use a Bluetooth keyboard, so it is very annoying to have to connect my keyboard via a cable every time I reboot in order to turn on the Bluetooth.

When I searched for help with this, all I found was the exact opposite issue where people did not want BT to turn upon booting.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
