How meny Programs/packages are in the AUR

i am asking out of curiosity i could not fine an answer with a simple google search i do no want an exact number an estimation is fine

who cares ? Just search what you need and get it over with.

Some people who are deciding which distro they want to use like to compare the size of the repositories of a number of distros to make a better choice.

One thing I often ran into was a lack of specific software on a lot of distros I used.

Manjaro\Arch is the first distro that has enough software in its repositories for my liking.

The AUR, Universe and the Debian Testing repositories are the biggest repositories in the world.

I'm glad that with Manjaro I have access to one of the biggest software repositories in the world.
