How to burn windows 10 ISO to USB?

Personally, the only way I have managed to create a working Win 10 USB offline installer was by using Rufus on Windows.

Yep, I can confirm that woeusb worked for me. Took a bit of finagling with mounting/unmounting and formatting the USB drive, but then it worked just fine.
