How to get Desktop settings back?

I use 4.4.41-1-MANJARO KDE edition, at first I removed the desktop setting button and in its setting, then my mistake I removed the Right-Click shortcut set to menu as well and now I can't access wallpaper settings, whenever I right click on desktop nothing happens ( no menu, nothing at all ). I need to recover right click menu and change wallpaper. all I see is the black screen. your help is very much appreciated. thanks

Do you still have the task bar at the bottom, with the start button (manjaro button)?

When all else fails open a terminal
cd ~/.config
mv plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc-old
mv plasmashellrc ~/.config/plasmashellrc-old

Logout and back in again.
