Installing Windows 10 on an M.2 SSD

How do I install it without W10 touching my HDD which has Manjaro on it? Should I detach my HHD just in case, before putting in the USB?

I want to be able to switch between them by changing the boot priority in the UEFI
My motherboard is an ASRock B450 Steel Legend

Detaching the Manjaro HDD is the foolproof way. It should only take a few seconds to detach it, I don't see why you wouldn't.

You saved this guy from a massive amount of trouble. Give yourself a pat on the back. Had Windows overwritten GRUB it would have been a nightmare. I see this all the time in newbie corner.
