Intel Ethernet 10G X550 driver: N/A

I just installed a new 10Gb/s ethernet card (Intel X550T2) - but it won't show up in Manjaro, not even in a live session from USB.

~ >>> inxi -N

           Device-4: Intel Ethernet 10G X550T driver: N/A

I tried installing the driver from the intel support page, but this didn't change anything, even though:

A couple of weeks ago I had another X550T2 in my exact same system which "just showed up". This one here does not. The LEDs on the card are flashing. I tried two different PCIe ports.

Any ideas how to get this card up and running?
Thank you very much in advance!

This is the only place i can think about to get some information
