On April 6th or twenty four days ago I created a topic for help with cinnamon crashing after logging in. Ever since then, my internet has been slow and at times very frustrating to use and typically has high latency to go with it.
So what is the question?
btw. On April 2nd, my lawnmower stopped working. Ever since then, my hairdryer did perform very bad and could not dry my hair anymore.

Sorry, for not being clear. What I was trying to get across is that my internet has been slow ever since an update for 55 packages that broke cinnamon and I suspect may have broken something else. Namely, my internet stability.
My question, in short, is how do I fix this?

Try searching the forum for mention of errors or warnings in your logs, you might find a solution. If not hopefully you can narrow the question down enough that someone can help you.

Disable mac address randomization
and disable IPV6.

There is another recent post about slow internet speed. See my comment and others for possible solutions.
What driver source?
I would test several different kernels 5.0, 5.1, & 4.14.
Now I think you are just getting lazy...
Wrong, wrong, wrong. And to make matters worse you post a pic on a technical support thread. They should reintroduce capital punishment for that offence.
You guys are all barking up the wrong tree (the Ethernet is down). As far as I can see it is the Wifi being used.

Ha ha, this thread is a laugh. Pretty hard to take seriously, when the OP doesn't even specify if the issue is with wireless or wired.

But please we are newbie corner, and hopefully amongst the noise the OP has got some signal about where to look for their problem. 
More seriously, WiFi is slower than Ethernet usually, isn't it?
Sure, but latency can happen on either.
Followed only your first and third suggestion as I've already disabled mac randomization for Network Manager. I removed the blacklist file and turned off IPv6 before restarting the computer. I'll have to use the internet throughout the day and observe the changes.
If your problem persists I suggest posting the output of
journalctl -b -p3
after running into the the internet issue.
Bug report filed a couple days ago on r8168 & B360M-DS3H:
The mobo model numbers being so close it could be related.
