Issue with Kernel 5.6.2-1 after coldstart seems to be race-condition??

Scheint niemanden zu kümmern - allerdings habe ich die Fehlermeldungen bis 05.04.
nicht mehr reproduzieren können. Irgendwann wird der Grund - fürchte ich -
jedoch alle Systeme zerlegen. :innocent:

graphics is Radeon Asrock RX560 with free drivers
video-linux installed / video-modesetting / video-vesa

Error on startup, "terminal output runs all over the screen"
machine boots normal, journalctl -p err -b
result as mentioned. Warm Start with no issues...

Simply avoid 5.6 series for now on AMD. It might take a while until it gets fixed there. Most likely an amdgpu issue, as it works solid on my Ryzen 2600+ with Nvidia Graphics.

Can confirm, every kernel above 4.19 except 5.6 runs correctly

Only testing and unstable have this newer Systemd. With stable and stable-staging we keep 244.

In the meantime: Kernel 5.5 and Kernel 5.6 are affected - kernels 4.19 and 5.4 not.
The issue affects all AMD Graphic cards, the "Internet" tells, reason is a fault in the free driver
since 2018. Why - that knows the programers hopefully...

Problem solved in the meantime by updating kernels.
May be useful to boot with GRUB "fallback initramfs" one time.

Is it amdgpu related? Look here. Please compile the kernel locally on your end and add this patch.
