keyboard not working after login

My keyboard is not working after I type in my password and login to the system

Also, I have noticed some new @ symbols appearing on the screen during system boot
How to fix this

Since when do you experience this issue? Have there been any changes to the system that you know of?
Could you make a photo of these appearing @ symbols?

Did you try another USB port, preferably connected to another USB controller. In a desktop PC there is usually more than one.
Besides that, could you please provide more information about your hardware and software with

inxi --full --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host
