laptop black screen after wake up

When I close my laptop and reopen(is this doing the suspend operation?),it got black screen.The screen seems work,but just display in black.If I click the suspend button in the menu of top right corner,then use power button to wake up it will stuck in the unlock screen.
In all situation above,I can't swith TTY use ctrl+alt+FX
It happened whenever I only use NVIDIA or Intel graphic card or PRIME Render Offload

thanks bro.Is there any way for me to check that is there any other issues cause this?I have checked the xorg log but can't find any error may related to this
