Manjaro frezzing on latest stable

Hello ever since the latest November update I been having freezing issues where the system will randomly freeze on me. The first time was when I was trying to boot a Windows VM and the computer completely froze I couldn't enter a tty power button did nothing so I had to unplug it from the wall. The second time I was typing a command into the terminal to install the steamos xpad to see if it would fix my controller not being supported in Linux and before I finished even typing the command the computer froze. I didn't even run the command yet, again I had to unplug the computer. How do I go about troubleshooting this? the weird thing is the computer was fine yesterday after installing the update I even gamed for the whole day with no issues other than my controller not being fully supported ( I have to use SC-controller to force it to be recognized as an Xbox controller then it will sort of work it's an Astro C40 Playstation 4 controller)

Update: crashed again after like 5 hours of playing tomb raider with no problems it randomly froze again

update still crashing here is another syslog
