manjaro input method issue...哈ㄊ啷ㄨㄚ

how to re store my manjaro into english language again?

ㄊㄏㄧ
this weird language mess up my input method. don't know how to get rid of it. even i have removed it from pamac, but it still there !

What did you install and then uninstall?

What system do you use? Please provide more information with this command and format it properly with these symbols ``` before and after the output

inxi --full --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host

as explained in this article

To see what keyboard layout you use do

setxkbmap -query

and

localectl status

i think i installed uim.. but later i removed it because it is not what i am looking for.. this uim seems more like japanese input method to me.
can you pls explain to me what each of these terminal output means , what do you understood from the output ? thx . exclude inxi output.

after removed uim, i installed ibus

I'm still not clear on what your actual problem is.

These tell me that you use the US keymap in the X environment and on the TTY. Also that you have the Chinese one as an option. But there is nothing about Japanese. What layout do you want to use?

What layout is in XFCE selected?

You seem to have installed ibus. Could you check the config described in this wiki.

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/IBus

This shows you the available packages in the repos. You can show what is installed with

pacman -Qs '^ibus-*'
