Manjaro KDE 16.10 - Hitting login sends me back to the login screen

Hi All,
I just installed Manjaro KDE 16.10. Facing 2 problems:

1. I selected "auto-login" but it doesn't work. Still asking for the password.
2. Even after pressing the login after entering password I'm back to the login screen.

I searched the forum and found someone faced a similar issue but I have no idea what I do once I chroot...

HI, I just updated Manjaro Deepin and after a while I decided to reboot and since then each time I login it send me back to the login screen, I can't access the console environment with ctrl+alt+F1 this is the first time this is happening to me and I really don't know what to do now... I would love some help. (I've searched around but I didn't seem to have found an issue like it.)

Any help would be much appreciated.
