Your system is horribly out of date. Try a full update. The issues you're experiencing may have been fixed.

Or probably quicker and easier, reinstall using the latest installer image.

I did a new update an it still freezing

try 5.5 instead. install that with manjaro settings manager and all the necessary modules for your hardware will be installed at the same time. reboot after it installs
