My system freezes and I don't know how to resolve

I believe this is the first time someone has posted a screenshot rotated 90 degrees.

...Also .. I can see a desktop in the background ..
So .. is this a VM or something?
More information is certainly needed.

This is a pic taken from phone cause my pc was freezed at that time . A rotated pic

And that background is latte dock
Because the system is freezed they both are showing simultaneously

you should check status disk first , also cable and maybe temp

This is clearly a hard drive related error. Either because the drive has an issue or the cable. => hardware issue

Please also check the smart status of the drive if possible

Yes it was Cable related isssue
The SSD wasnt pluged in properly
