Not able to use double inverted comma shortcut.

Hello, grettings

i am using manjaro with:
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.70.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0
Kernel Version: 5.6.16-1-MANJARO
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 2 × Intel® Pentium® Dual CPU T2310 @ 1.46GHz
Memory: 3.8 GiB of RAM

On my laptop my '/'' key is not working so i made a shortcut key for both of them and the ' shortcut works , but the double apostrophe shortcut doesn't works. it just pastes single apostrophe.double inverted comma

Hello,

There is a difference between:
"
and
”
and maybe the keyboard layout is not recognizing one or the other? :man_shrugging:
