npm start don't open Chrome

Hello!
In a React project when I launch npm start the command opens Firefox instead of Chrome.

Some things I have tried:

[juris@juris-aspiree1571 ~]$ xdg-settings get default-web-browser
google-chrome.desktop
[juris@juris-aspiree1571 ~]$ echo $BROWSER
/usr/bin/firefox
[juris@juris-aspiree1571 ~]$ export BROWSER=google-chrome-stable
[juris@juris-aspiree1571 ~]$ echo $BROWSER
google-chrome-stable

I found very similiar topic related to my issue: https://archived.forum.manjaro.org/t/chrome-is-not-set-as-default-browser/146641:
and for me:

[juris@juris-aspiree1571 ~]$ xdg-mime query default x-scheme-handler/https
firefox.desktop

I guess I should try to change this to chrome somehow.
What would be the way to do that?

Perhaps you can set it in ~/.config/mimeapps.list

My mimeapps.list content:

[Added Associations]
application/xhtml+xml=google-chrome.desktop;org.kde.kate.desktop;libreoffice-writer.desktop;okularApplication_txt.desktop;firefox.desktop;code-oss.desktop;
text/html=google-chrome.desktop;firefox.desktop;org.kde.kate.desktop;libreoffice-writer.desktop;okularApplication_txt.desktop;code-oss.desktop;

[Default Applications]
application/xhtml+xml=google-chrome.desktop;
text/html=google-chrome.desktop
x-scheme-handler/http=google-chrome.desktop
x-scheme-handler/https=google-chrome.desktop

What exactly I need to add here? Or what command to do in terminal?

Looks like the handlres are already set to google-chrome.desktop. So I am afraid I wouldn't know where to take it from here. Please wait for other forum members to look into this.
