OBS recordings have weird flickering artifacts. How would I go about fixing this?

Hi guys. I'm currently facing a problem where OBS recordings will have random flickering artifacts when I have another window open.

This is what it looks like.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I have no idea how to fix this and would like to use OBS as my main screen recorder.
