As I saw, you have one SSD and one HDD.
Partition:
ID-1: / size: 237.19 GiB used: 6.56 GiB (2.8%) fs: ext4 dev: /dev/sda3
ID-2: swap-1 size: 7.81 GiB used: 0 KiB (0.0%) fs: swap dev: /dev/sda4
Install your Manjaro on SSD (sdb).
Or if you are multi-boot, just allocate a 30 GB partition to it and swap as you need.

Because SSD has small capacity, manjaro is installed on hard disk. To SWAP 30G?

no, don't make a 30G swap partition. if you really need swap you can create a swapfile but any swap partition or file should be on the mechanical HDD. You have sufficient RAM installed not to bother with a swap partition. A swap file just incase a program requires swap being present to run should suffice.

maybe it's a GPU issue? open the browser in safe mode and turn off hardware acceleration. see if that makes any difference.
from terminal type firefox -safe-mode. then open Preferences and scroll down to Performance. Untick the recommended settings option and then untick use hardware acceleration.
after that restart the browser and see if it works better
Still not, just reloaded. No swap.
Start the applications from Terminal and check for errors inside terminal
firefox -safe-mode
Also I suspect it maybe a theme problem. Try to change to the default Manjaro themes.
