problem with boot kernel 5.7 with TLP

Please provide the outputs of the following commands:

inxi -Fxxxza
sudo systemctl status tlp

Because the output in the boot you provide does not indicate a problem. Does the system boot ? Or is it always stuck at the part as shown in the picture ?

Unfortunately, I can’t provide the logs because the boot process is stuck.
The problem is observed only with the last kernel 5.7. Kernel 5.6 works fine

Add to /etc/mkinitcpio.conf in HOOKS at end of line shutdown hook. Rebuild kernel.

HOOKS="base udev autodetect modconf block keyboard keymap filesystems shutdown"
Run next:

sudo mkinitcpio -P

Reboot.
